Of course, you can return items to us within 14 days as long as all labels are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
You can request a return label in the returns portal: https://palopa-pets.returnsportal.online/
Print out the shipping label and stick it on the outside of the package. You can then drop off the package at a DHL parcel shop near you.
Alternatively, you can show the QR code on your smartphone in a branch, a parcel shop, to the delivery person, or at a DHL Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount will be credited to you within 14 days at the latest. For the refund, we will use the same payment method and account that you used for your original purchase.
